Latest product release to provide customers with enhanced auditing ability to help ensure consistent quality for consumers
FoodLogiQ, the leading SaaS provider of food safety compliance, whole chain traceability, and supply chain transparency solutions, announced today the launch of Product Specification Audits within FoodLogiQ Connect’s Manage + Monitor. FoodLogiQ will showcase the new functionality during a live demo on April 25, 2019 at 12:00pm ET.
“There arguably isn’t anything more important to a food company than the quality and safety of the products they serve their customers,” says Katy Jones, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at FoodLogiQ. “A company’s entire brand and their reputation are held up on that quality. But customers expect more than just a first-time positive experience consuming a product; they expect that same level of quality time after time. This is why auditing and managing the quality specifications of your products - to ensure consistent quality over time - is such a critical component to a brand.”
Understanding this critical need of our customers for consistent product quality, the FoodLogiQ product and engineering teams worked hand-in-hand to expand the functionality of Manage + Monitor to include a dynamic set of product specification audit capabilities. Within the existing audits and assessments features of Manage + Monitor, FoodLogiQ customers can now conduct audits against specific attributes of their products.
“Our number one goal is to provide our customers with the very best software that enables them to solve their business challenges and reach their business goals,” says Sean O’Leary, FoodLogiQ CEO. “We believe the additional product specification audit functionality included in this release will provide our platform users with even greater visibility into their supplier management, as well as valuable metrics that facilitate real-time decision making. When it comes down to it, we’re helping them to work better, faster and smarter, and we’re excited about these additional capabilities that directly benefit Manage + Monitor users within our platform.”
