DURHAM, NC - January 20, 2022 -- FoodLogiQ, the leading SaaS provider of traceability, food safety, and supply chain transparency solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Katy Jones as Chief Executive Officer.

Jones succeeds Sean O’Leary as CEO, who served in the position since January 2019. Since joining FoodLogiQ in August 2015, Jones has held various leadership roles with the food tech company, including Vice President of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, and most recently, Chief Operating Officer.
Jones has served as a thought leader within the food industry, providing insight and education on the importance of supplier management and traceability across the food supply chain. In 2020, Jones was elected to the GS1 US Retail Grocery Executive Leadership Committee and recently published a chapter on traceability within Ensuring Global Food Safety: Exploring Global Harmonization, the 2nd Edition.
