As the leading supplier of edible oils, mayonnaise, dressings and sauces to the foodservice, food ingredients and retail private label markets in North America, Stratas Foods, LLC has built a reputation for providing superior quality goods, on time and on budget. Formed in October 2008, Stratas is a joint venture between ACH Food Companies, Inc. (a division of Associated British Foods) and the Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM). This year marks Stratas Foods’ 11th anniversary of serving the baking and snack industries. With approximately 1,000 employees in ten U.S. locations, the company has seen many changes in the food industry and has worked to become nimble and flexible based on its customers’ requirements.

Kelley Singleton, Senior Manager of Corporate Quality Assurance, oversees food safety and regulatory compliance at Stratas Foods. She and her team must use several different systems to fulfill supplier requirements for their customers, but the FoodLogiQ Connect platform is by far the easiest of them all when it comes to giving customers the data they need.
“Stratas is a supplier to eight FoodLogiQ customers, including Captain D’s,” explains Singleton. “With FoodLogiQ Connect, everything we need to fulfill customer requirements is on a streamlined dashboard. It’s very user-friendly and provides us with a checklist so we know exactly what we need to do. Connect is very transparent, making communication between Stratas and our customers as simple as 1-2-3,” explains Singleton. “I wish all of our customers used FoodLogiQ.”
Stratas Foods Recognized for Outstanding Service
At Captain D’s 2019 Summer Convention in San Antonio, Stratas was one of just four suppliers recognized for excellence. Stratas is a supplier of Captain D’s famous sauces and dressings at its more than 500 restaurants in 22 states.
