FoodLogiQ CEO Moderates Future Food-Tech New York Panel Featuring Chipotle and Bareburger

The Session Explores Food Safety and Traceability from the Supply Chain Perspective

Dean Wiltse, FoodLogiQ’s CEO, will lead a panel discussion at the Future Food-Tech New York conference on June 7. Joining Wiltse are FoodLogiQ customers, Arturo Tanus, Produce Safety Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill and Eric Kinniburgh, Chief Operating Officer at Bareburger.

The Food Safety, Traceability & The Supply Chain Perspective session will explore the role technology plays in supporting a food company’s infrastructure for food safety, traceability and managing the complexities of a transparent supply chain.

“Many food companies are still lagging behind in the technology needed to address the growing food safety supply chain issues,” said Dean Wiltse, CEO of FoodLogiQ. “I am excited to discuss these industry issues with Arturo and Eric and let them shed light on how they are modernizing their supply chain and improving traceability at their restaurants.”

Future Food-Tech brings together thought leaders from across the food industry to discuss the global food challenge and to share best practices. Following the success of the organizers’ London and San Francisco summits, the New York event will take place June 7-8 at the Westin Hotel Times Square. This panel session continues the conversation that Wiltse and Tanus first began at Future Food Tech San Francisco, The Future of Food Safety: A Food Brand’s Perspective.
